Solution
There are two major concerns in the business world relating to the transition from carbon-based to cleaner renewable energy:
1) Businesses fear that they will have to pay more for clean energy and, therefore, they might have to lay off personnel. However, as Q Solar's breakthrough allows users to pay less for clean solar heat than for fossil fuel energy, they will not need to lay off personnel.
2)The second problem is the supposed loss of business by the existing carbon-based energy suppliers who would also have to lay off personnel. However, Q Solar offers manufacturing licenses for its solar devices to the fossil fuel suppliers, so that they can also produce clean energy devices and/or clean energy. As producing a quantity of energy from renewable sources requires more personnel than producing the same quantity of energy from fossil fuels, these companies will not only retain existing jobs, but will create more. Current fossil fuel energy suppliers are in the best position to continue this business by gradually changing to less-carbon intensive sources. They can offer to their customers a mix of fossil and renewable energy, which can incorporate renewable energy to a greater extent over time.
